We're doing it again! Darshan is planning to be in Orlando
sooner than we thought, and so we want to seize the
opportunity to have her do another PURE workshop for us.
Sunday

This is a non-profit event: any profit after expenses
will be divided between Darshan, PURE ON!, and PURE NYC.

In this workshop you will learn more of the PURE foundation
choreography plus some added bonuses, the rhythms and how
it all works together.
Musicians: There is no limit to who and what we are
asking for other
than an understanding of working with live dancers, basic
musical
drumming rhythm and the willingness to learn more and give
back to the
community!
Dancers: We ask for you to have the ability to
understand basic bellydance
movement and the willingness to learn new forms of
movement and
choreography to give back to the community!
ORLANDO PURE WORKSHOP FACILITATOR:
Cammi Vance (aka Darshan)
Co-founder of PURE, has been studying the
many facets of belly dance 14 years while performing and
teaching
nationally, as a soloist and company member of Gypsy Caravan
and the
Dalia Carella Dance Collective.

$60 Per participant for Dance workshops only,
$15 Per participant attending Rhythm Class only. Pre-register

both and save $10: $65 for both pre-registered.
All workshop spaces are limited to 30 participants, so sign up

6 pm Monday-Friday at 407-810-0525. On the day of
the
event, if there is still space available, we can only accept cash
or credit card at the full price of $75 for both, $60 for dancers,
and $15 for drummers on a first-come,first-serve basis.
To continue with PURE after the workshop, we have 2 sister
chapters: PURE ON (Orlando North) and SO PURE (South
Orlando), so join either one for more PURE fun!

What is PURE?

PURE stands for: Public Urban Ritual Experiment

PURE is collective of dancers and drummers who take music
and dance
out into the streets for the purposes of healing and peace.
Movements
from ancient sacred world traditions including Middle Eastern,
Chinese, Romani gypsy, Israeli folk, Flamenco, Indian dance
and
drumming will be incorporated into the PURE experience.
Dance and ritual create community, drawing people together
both
emotionally and physically into a shared sense of the divine. As
the
community participates, no one is a stranger any longer.
In public performances, dancers and musicians will be traveling
down the sidewalks and public
spaces to share their love of dance and music with the public
and to
pay homage to specific sites.
PURE s message is peace and healing through dance and
rhythm.
